The XLS Florida 2024 event aims to provide valuable learning and facilitate knowledge exchange among educational leaders. Below is a summary of our target audience:
- Current clients with Xello access. This event is recommended for individuals who are current Xello clients and have educator access set up. The focus will be on best practices, enhancing implementation strategies, and fostering educator and student engagement for improved outcomes and success.

Can I register in person at the event?

Registration will not be available on the day of the event. If the registration deadline has passed, and you are interested in attending, please contact Noa at NoaL@xello.world and we will try our best to accommodate.
Do I need Xello access to join the event? How do I get access?

Xello access is not required to attend the event, but is recommended as there will be some hands-on session options. Attendees may connect with a Xello team member at the event (or before or after) to discuss how access can be granted.
I will be traveling to the event and will need to stay at a local hotel. Are there any recommended hotel venues with a special rate for summit attendees?

Given that the Xello Learning Summit is an annual event, we plan to visit different cities each year! In 2023, we visited Panama City, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale. In 2024, we will be in Tallahassee and Tampa. And, in 2025, we will hopefully be visiting a city near you! Please feel free to share location recommendations for 2025 by emailing Noa at NoaL@xello.world.

Are meals included with my registration?

Yes, we will be serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. Refreshments will also be available throughout the day.
What if I can't make it to the event on the day of?

If for whatever reason you cannot attend the event, or no longer wish to attend the event, please contact Noa at NoaL@xello.world to make adjustments to your registration.
What do I need to bring?

- Business Cards: You will be meeting tons of new people at our conference, so make sure to have plenty of business cards.
- Reusable Water Bottle: Bring a reusable water bottle so that you can fill up for free at the water station. Staying hydrated is important!
- Portable Charger: With all the tweeting (@xellofuture #futureready) you will be doing, we would hate for you to see that dreaded “low battery” notification.
- Laptop or Tablet (Optional): Conference Wi-Fi is available at all venues. If you plan on attending a hand-on session it is highly recommended to bring a device.
- Your Smile: Showing up with a smile and positive attitude is going to guarantee you have a great time!
Is there a dress code for this event?

The dress code is business casual. As meeting rooms can get chilly, we recommend dressing in layers for your comfort.
